Facebook “Slow Down Your Hurry Up” campaign
We worked with the Analog Research Lab at Facebook’s Menlo Park campus to develop a campaign that raised awareness among staff around the idea that busyness is not the same as productivity. We designed a series of posters that encourages this community to examine their values around work and play, and brought this mindset to our own execution, taking time to explore different combinations of screenprinted blends and halftone patterns to achieve a range of unique gradient effects. The posters have since been reprinted and installed at Facebook campuses around the world. We also created “A Brief History of Taking Your Time: From BC to RN,” a diminutive risograph zine of great thinkers and creators who prioritized slow work and leisure throughout history.
