Peter Hoffman “Glass Corner” book
Glass Corner by Peter Hoffman features photographs of a pedestrian intersection made through a single window over the course of one winter. The series is a meditation on surface, gesture, and color, which we built upon by incorporating colored paper throughout the work. For a cost effective execution, we selected a palette from leftover stock on hand at the printer, wrapping signatures at random to create color combinations unique to each book. White ink was used throughout, allowing images to be printed directly onto colored pages without altering their tone. The book’s covers employ 3/4 binding and endsheets produced in three color combinations, finished with clear foil stamped text.
